Shampoo:
Massage gently into wet hair & scalp, Leave it for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly

Hair Oil:
Massage: Apply the oil on your scalp and massage it in gently for a few minutes.
Leave in: Leave the oil in your hair for at least 90 minutes, or overnight for deeper penetration.
